Our Story

Chef Isa first tasted ezme—a traditional Mediterranean salsa—back in grade school. The bold, zesty flavors captured his heart instantly. He told his mother, who began making it from scratch in their kitchen. That early version had just about 8 ingredients, but it was enough to spark a lifelong obsession.

Over the next 20 years, Chef Isa refined and reinvented that childhood favorite. Drawing from his Turkish roots and culinary creativity, he crafted a complex, balanced version with over 50 all-natural ingredients—layered, textured, and unforgettable.

Today, that same salsa has won first place—twice and is the foundation of a full line of Mediterranean-inspired dips, from creamy Turkish hummus to smoky baba ghanoush and seasonal dessert hummus.
